Sustainable Manufacturing Evaluation Based on Enterprise Industry 4.0 Technologies

Most studies in recent decades focused on transforming linear economics into circular through recovering and remanufacturing the products. Circular Economies (CE) aim to minimize usage of resources by utilizing waste production as new or raw materials. Interconnectivity between parties industrial system provides decision-makers with rich information anticipation failure. Industry 4.0 technologies (I4.0) allow for handling such issues, protecting environment efficiently, restructuring industry be smarter well. This paper contributes achieving cleaner (CP), CE, social manufacturers linkage 6R methodology I4.0 Blockchain technology (BCT) big data analytical (BDA). In this paper, authors proposed a Multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) decision framework based best-worst method (BWM), Decision-Making trial evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL), Technique order preference similarity ideal solution (TOPSIS), Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS). The contributed addressing weaknesses problems these subjective MCDM methods cooperation neutrosophic theory work. first stage, all criteria that influence sustainable manufacturer selection are specified using literature research topic. BWM-based was combined get criteria’s weights aid DEMATEL-based obtain least best used BWM second stage. optimal selected TOPSIS COPRAS under third fourth stages, respectively. Furthermore, case study performed indicated 2 (A2) is an two ranking otherwise, 4 (A4) worst manufacturer. contribution work propose hybrid uncertainty BDA-BCT 6R. Sensitivity analyses were carried out show decision’s flexibility various scenarios. Finally, consequences management viewpoints considered.
